I was given the distinct privilege of trying out the travel version of the "Kleo" pattern (top left in the above graphic) and, given the hectic schedule in our hosehold over the course of the past month, I have definitely put it to the test! This baby has been in and out of my various diaper bags more times than I can count, tossed about this way and that, and used over and over to clean many a messy tushy. The high quality fabric and stylish trim are securely attached and show no signs of gapping, fraying, or puckering despite the abuse I have put them through. There is even a layer of padding/bunting between the top of the case and the fabric to give a beautifully finished look. Who says the mundane has to look mundane?!

Feeling Blue

Thank you to all of my followers for not jumping ship during my recent absence. I appreciate your patience and continued patronage and plan to return to my normal posting regimen next week.

To offer a brief explanation, I have been MIA recently because my Papa (grandfather), to whom I was very close, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 17th. Services were this week and it has been a difficult and very emotional road. He suffered a massive stroke during a routine procedure on April 14th, and we have had a house full of family until now. He was a kind, gentle, and loving man who was a stellar example of what a husband, Papa, brother, and friend should be. He loved God with all his heart and I will miss him deeply.

I love you, Papa.

Ahhh, Spring is in the air and the kids can finally play outside again! With a family of 3 active boys (and a new baby girl), we spend a lot of time outdoors running, playing, and being silly. The one thing that would make this special time even more enjoyable is an incredible playset like the one you see here.
